Well the garage sell was a success. Its a hard way to make a buck. A dime at a time!

RJ and a buddy came home for the long weekend. It just so happens that his buddy is a 4th year plumber so the toilet is in and the tub is siliconed! RJ finished the taupe painting. I finished staining the hot tub and surrounding fence. I got a workout dodging the wasps.

Just the basement to finish and the master ensuite bathroom.

The major cleaning has started and almost finished. I am now endorsing the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. It brings ceramic tile grout back to new. Our tile looks like it was just laid. My finger is raw however.

We had a realtor over last night and have decided to use a realtor as we will be out at the boat for a few weeks. We have decided on a number and now its a wait and see. We hope to meet our June 1st goal for listing.

Alanna will be staying at a friends for a few weeks. We have to dismantle her stuff in the basement and stage it as an entertainment area!

Enough about the house.

Boating. We are scheduled to go on a flotilla with the Calgary Power Squadron on June 8th. We will be going to the Gulf Islands so the next blog should be all about boating. Pictures hopefully included.
